Delayed delivery and courier didn’t update tracking

I bought a Delsey chatelet air 2 bag on 30 November and was informed delivery will likely be 7-12 December. By 15 December it was still not delivered and i emailed travel universe a few times without any response. Finally my item was delivered on 18 December. It was in excellent condition.
I would have appreciated more if someone from Travel universe dropped me a note that they are working on it . I tried to call Aramex a few times but difficult to contact as waiting period is long.
