Dispatch Times

Orders containing only In Stock status items (no items have a Pre Order status), placed prior to 12 Midday AEST, will generally be dispatched same day, on business days.

Please be aware that during busy sale periods (i.e. Black Friday), there may be delays due to the high volume of orders

Can I request to leave my parcel unattended?

All orders sent via Australia Post or Aramex.

Depending on the risk profile and value of your order we may require a signature on delivery.

If no one is present to sign for the parcel it may be taken to the local post office for collection, or if it was sent with Aramex a redelivery will occur.

To avoid a post office pick or redelivery, please consider sending your parcels to an address where you know someone will be in attendance (i.e. your work address).

You may also request an ATL (Authority To Leave) in the order notes/comments. If you choose this option, the responsibility to safeguard the parcel from theft passes to you once the delivery has been completed.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a customer pickup service from our warehouse at the moment.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this stage we ship to Australia & New Zealand. (Estimated 3-10 Business Days to NZ - pricing calculated prior to checkout)

For all other countries, consider using a freight forwarding service out of Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you've just placed your order, you can make changes from the confirmation page or your account page until your order syncs with our warehouse.

Because our system frequently updates with our warehouse for fast processing and same-day dispatch, change or cancellation requests will depend on how far along your order is in the syncing process. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Customers shipping to addresses in close proximity to Metro Eastern mainland state capital cities will enjoy FREE shipping via our Economy Parcel Service on all orders over $99 product value, including gst.

To take advantage of this offer, simply add $99 worth of products to your shopping bag and select the "Economy Parcel Parcel" shipping option. You will automatically receive a shipping discount to reduce your shipping costs to $0!

Due to unprecedented cost increases by Australia Post targeted at customers living in regional and remote areas, we can only apply this free shipping offer on smaller parcels to those locations. ("Remote addresses" in terms of distance from our warehouse in Melbourne)

For larger parcels to regional and remote addresses we will still partially subsidise the shipping cost for you, however the balance of the shipping fee will be calculated based on the cubic volume of the parcel. (To calculate your shipping cost, add an item/s to your cart, and enter your postcode on the checkout page)

Please note, we do not ship to Australian External Territories (for example, Christmas Island)

If you are sending an order with Express Post to a postcode listed within the 'next business day' network below, please order before 11:00 AEST Melbourne time to have the best chance of your order arriving next business day.

Australia Post are generally very good at meeting their estimated delivery times, but occasionally Express eParcels will arrive later than expected. (Please keep in mind, Australia Post do not guarantee their Express eParcel Service delivery times.)

In Stock: The above delivery times are for 'in stock' items, based on courier estimates.

These products are kept in stock, in our Australian warehouse, and will generally leave the warehouse within 24 hours (on business days) or 'same day' if you place your order before 12 Midday AEST time.


Pre Order: If an item is not in stock on our website, we will display an estimated time for us to receive this product into our warehouse (for example 7 days). To calculate your expected delivery date, simply add the availability estimate to the shipping times listed above.


In Stock & a Pre Order item on 1 order: If you place an order which contains an item not in our warehouse (the availability status is Pre Order), we will hold your entire order in our warehouse until all items are ready for delivery. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that item.
