How to earn Credits?

If your order has met the criteria to receive a store credit, the credit will automatically appear in your account 24 hours after checkout. You will also receive an email notification when the credit hits your account.

If you purchase Gift Cards, store credit is not earnt on the purchase, it is earnt when those Gift Cards are redeemed.

Please note, store credits can be used to pay for any order, but it's not counted towards your spend target to earn more store credit. i.e. you can't earn store credit, on store credit 😉
