Seperate to coupon codes, Travel Universe customers can automatically earn store credit towards their next purchase. To see if a store credit promotion is active, select the red promo link in the bottom left of the screen.
Reward Tiers:
Silver - $150+ purchase
Gold - $250+ purchase
Platinum - $350+ purchase
If your order has met the criteria to receive a store credit, the credit will automatically appear in your account 24 hours after checkout. You will also receive an email notification when the credit hits your account.
If you purchase Gift Cards, store credit is not earnt on the purchase, it is earnt when those Gift Cards are redeemed.
Please note, store credits can be used to pay for any order, but it's not counted towards your spend target to earn more store credit. i.e. you can't earn store credit, on store credit 😉
Promotional store credits are generally valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated.
