Orders containing multiple parcels can become separated during transit and therefore arrive on different days. The suit case is good. I like it
Great bag for travelling. Folds into a compact item will used frequently
Hello Darren, this sounds like such a handy travel piece! We’re glad the Respark garment bag is working well for you and that the fold-down design makes it easy to pack away between trips 😊🧳 Cheers, Travel Universe.
I was a little skeptical of this website at first because I hadn’t heard of it and it was the only website that would apparently ship a Delsey Chatelet beauty case to New Zealand. I took the risk and I’m so happy I did. The case took only a week to arrive and it really is an authentic Delsey Chatelet! And it wasn’t outrageously expensive either. I’m very happy! It goes so well with my suitcase. Thank-you!
Hello Marnie, we’re so glad you took a chance on us! Yes, absolutely, we only sell genuine Delsey products, so it’s lovely to hear your Chatelet beauty case arrived safely in New Zealand and matches your suitcase perfectly. Thanks so much for sharing the photos too 😊🤎 Cheers, Travel Universe.
