The hard anodised cooking and eating surfaces are not only easier to clean, more resistant to scratching and wear and enhances the corrosion resistance of the material, whilst regular ultralight aluminium is used for the windshields to keep the price down. Easy to use and set up, the 27-7 comes with two saucepans, and a frypan, so you aren’t limited to rehydrated meals. It also comes with a pot grip, which provides an effective way to handle this system without burning your hands.

This stove has a two-part windshield for keeping your flame safe from the bitterly cold wind, and an easy to light spirit burner with a simmer ring to control and extinguish the flame. Simple, reliable and made with an eye for quality, the Trangia 27-7 lightweight aluminium stove system is perfect for the minimal hiker or couple.

This is better than I expected

This is better than I expected. I have an old cheap copy of the Trangia that I bought 40yrs ago. It was very inefficient so I didn't use it for 35yrs then I severely modified it and got it working well but it was still a cheap copy and difficult to clean. Now I have the real thing it is so much better. It boils quicker, cleans easier and since I made a heat sink for it ,it simmers really well and has eliminated the Trangia hot spot. It is now the best all round camp stove I have and I have a quite few.
