For orders delivered outside of Australia, the 10% GST will be removed from your total, as we are not required to collect this tax for international shipments. Therefore, no Australian tax will be applied to international orders.

Depending on the risk profile and value of your order we may require a signature on delivery.
If no one is present to sign for the parcel it may be taken to the local post office for collection, or if it was sent with Aramex a redelivery will occur.
To avoid a post office pick or redelivery, please consider sending your parcels to an address where you know someone will be in attendance (i.e. your work address).
You may also request an ATL (Authority To Leave) in the order notes/comments. If you choose this option, the responsibility to safeguard the parcel from theft passes to you once the delivery has been completed.
