Pricing Information
All product prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
Please note: The only exception to this is for gift vouchers. GST is not applied at the time of purchase for gift vouchers; it will be charged when the voucher is redeemed.
When you add a product to your cart, simply select your delivery country, and any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be automatically itemised for you.
For orders delivered outside of Australia, the 10% GST will be removed from your total, as we are not required to collect this tax for international shipments. Therefore, no Australian tax will be applied to international orders.
Tax Information
As a company based in Australia, we collect taxes on behalf of the Australian Government. However, this only applies to orders delivered within Australia.
- For Australian deliveries: A 10% GST is included in all prices displayed on our site.
- For international deliveries (NZ): No GST is charged. Once you select a shipping address outside of Australia, the 10% GST will be automatically deducted, effectively giving you a discount.
Please note: If you're ordering from outside Australia, your country may require you to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery. While many countries do not charge duties on small shipments, we recommend checking with your local authorities if you're unsure.
